Black Tier Executive Protection: Launch Site and SEO/GEO Roadmap for a Florida Security Firm

A single-page WordPress site that put a Florida executive protection firm online, then an SEO plan and a search-and-AI visibility review of what comes next.

The Problem

The founder is a retired military veteran with an exclusive roster of former special operations and law enforcement operators, top-tier certifications, and a Florida agency license. None of it was online. Prospective clients searching for executive protection in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Tampa found well-funded competitors and nothing from Black Tier. The firm needed a credible presence quickly, and then a plan to be found.

What We Did

  1. Built a single-page WordPress site on Divi with anchored sections for services, the company, the founder, reviews, and a contact form, plus separate URLs for each section.
  2. Surfaced the trust signals that matter in this industry: founder background, operator vetting standards, certifications (LaSorsa & Associates, ESI, GdBA, EPI), the Florida agency license number, hours, and three client reviews.
  3. Named the eight Florida service cities in the page copy and wrote alt text for all 13 images.
  4. Hosted the site on MBM-managed infrastructure and connected Site Kit by Google.
  5. Delivered a written SEO plan in January 2026, then a current-state SEO review in April 2026 covering indexing, titles and descriptions, local SEO foundations, and the competitive landscape.
  6. Added a GEO section to the review: how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews choose which security firms to recommend, and what content and structured data the site needs to be one of them.

Outcome

The site established the brand and gives the firm somewhere to send referrals. The April 2026 review found what a one-page launch site cannot do on its own: Google had indexed only the homepage, there were no page titles or meta descriptions, no LocalBusiness schema, no Google Business Profile, and no presence in AI answers. Each gap has a specific fix in the plan, from service and city pages to schema and GEO content, ready to run as the next phase.
