Your Business Deserves a Website. It Doesn't Need a $10,000 One.

A real website — clean, fast, and built to look right on a phone — that makes your business look legitimate the second someone Googles you. Built in Jacksonville, live in 7 days. $750 to build and $100 per month to keep it running.

What a Single-Page Website Is

This is a website. Your own domain, your own design, your own address on the internet — the same thing your competitor with the ten-thousand-dollar site has. It is just built to do one job extremely well instead of twenty things adequately. Think about what a billboard does: it gets seen, it says who you are, and it tells people how to reach you. It does not need a shopping cart, a login, or a database. Your website does the same thing, except it is on the highway everybody drives, it works 24 hours a day, and people can tap it to call you.

What Is Included in the $750 Build

What Is Included in the $100 Per Month

Built for the Phone in Their Hand

Nearly everyone who finds your business will find it on a phone — standing in a parking lot, sitting at a red light, halfway through a conversation about who to hire. That is what we design for first: text you can read without pinching, buttons your thumb can actually hit, and your phone number one tap away. It loads in about a second on cell service and looks just as sharp on a laptop. Most cheap websites are designed on a big monitor and squeezed onto a phone afterward, and you can tell instantly.

What It Costs

$750 one time to build, then $100 per month covering hosting, uptime monitoring, SSL renewal, security patching, content edits, and support. Your domain is separate — roughly $20 a year, registered in your name so you always own it. First year all in is about $1,950, or roughly $5.30 a day. Cancel the monthly plan any time: no contract, no cancellation fee.

We require the monthly plan because websites nobody maintains break. Plugins go stale, certificates expire, hosting bills go unpaid, and eighteen months later the site is down and nobody notices for a week. We are not interested in selling something that quietly stops working.

Optional Add-Ons

Who a Single-Page Website Is For

This is built for businesses just getting started, service businesses such as contractors, cleaners, trainers, consultants, salons, landscapers, and mobile detailers, and anyone running everything off a Facebook page. It is a great fit if you do not sell products directly online and do not need complicated modules or a database.

You need more than this if you sell products online and need a store and checkout, need customer logins, booking systems, or a client portal, have twenty or more pages of content, or need a database, an integration, or custom software. We build those too — see Jacksonville web design for full custom builds.

Single-Page Websites We Have Built

How the 7-Day Build Works

  1. Day 1 — We talk. A 30-minute call about what you do, who you serve, and what you want visitors to do when they land.
  2. Days 2 to 4 — We build it. Real design work, in Jacksonville, by the person you talked to. Nothing outsourced.
  3. Day 5 — You review. You see the site and send changes. Two rounds included, and most people only use one.
  4. Days 6 to 7 — Live. Domain connected, SSL on, tested on real phones. You get a link you can text to anyone.

Seven days is our standard turnaround, not our best case.

DIY builders are genuinely fine if you have the time and the eye. Most business owners have neither, and the real cost of a builder is not the $30 a month — it is the six months your site sits half-finished while you run your actual business.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a single-page website cost?

$750 one time to build it, then $100 per month for hosting, maintenance, and edits. Your domain is separate — about $20 a year, registered in your name so you own it. First year all in is roughly $1,950.

Can I add more pages later?

Yes. Extra pages are $250 each and take about two days. Plenty of clients start with one page and grow into a full site once the leads start coming in.

Do I own my website?

You own your domain, your content, and your images — always, registered in your name. The site lives on our hosting as part of the monthly plan. Cancel and we hand you a full export of your files.

What if I do not have a logo or photos?

Not a problem. We use quality stock photography and clean type to start. If you want a real logo and brand identity, that is a separate service and we will quote it — no pressure, and the site works fine without it.

Can I cancel the $100 per month plan?

Any time, no fee. Your site comes offline when you do, since that covers the hosting — but you keep your domain and we hand you your files.

How long does it take to build?

Seven days. Day one is a 30-minute call, days two through four are the build, day five is your review with two rounds of revisions included, and days six and seven are launch. Seven days is our standard turnaround, not our best case.

How many edits are included?

Reasonable ongoing edits — hours, prices, photos, staff, a new service. If you want the whole thing redesigned, that is a new project and we will be upfront about it.

Do you work with businesses outside Jacksonville?

Yes. Most of this happens over email and video anyway. Jacksonville just means you can meet me in person if you want to.

Will I show up on Google?

Having a website makes you findable when someone searches your business by name, which is most of what you need on day one. Ranking above competitors for terms like "plumber near me" is ongoing SEO work and a separate service. If you do not have a Google Business Profile yet, that is the highest-value thing you can do for local visibility, and we set it up for $75.

What if I need e-commerce later?

We build those too. When you are ready to sell online, we will quote a proper store — and everything you have paid so far still counts as a real foundation.
